01  Strategic Layout: The Massive Potential of the CIS Market and GAC's Determination for Deep Engagement

As the core market in the CIS region, Kazakhstan serves as a vital transportation hub connecting Eurasia and a strategic high ground for GAC's targeted cultivation in its global layout. Recently, Chinese automotive brands have performed outstandingly in the Kazakh market, with their market share climbing from 3.8% in 2020 to 38.5% in 2025, becoming the core driving force for local automotive market growth.

As a pioneer among Chinese automakers expanding overseas, GAC has steadfastly advanced its global layout strategy and continued to deeply cultivate the CIS regional market. The decision to enter into a KD production partnership with ALLUR Group is a forward-looking strategic move based on GAC's precise insight into regional market demands and its goal to deepen localized layouts. By establishing Kazakhstan as a core benchmark to impact across the entire CIS region, the initiative aims to achieve a profound transformation from "product export" to comprehensive "Ecosystem Globalization".

Leveraging its robust independent R&D capabilities, advanced manufacturing systems, and mature overseas localized operational experience, GAC has established and put into operation five overseas production bases in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Austria. Localization projects in Cambodia, Brazil, and Egypt are also underway.
