2.5 Sales Service
(1) Account Services: When you register for or log in to an account on this Platform, you will need to provide your email address, mobile phone number, account password, and verification code. This data is required to verify your identity, complete the registration or login process, and enable access to sales and service functions on the Platform. If you refuse to provide this data, the registration or login process will fail, and we will be unable to provide you with the core functions of our sales services. (2) Vehicle Configuration Submission: You need to provide us with your full name, mobile phone number, email address, identification number, and configuration order number when configuring your vehicle (e.g., model variant, exterior, wheels, interior, optional features). This data is used to generate and store your configuration sheet, and to forward it to the dealership for follow-up if requested. If you refuse to provide this data, we will be unable to save your configuration details or forward the configuration sheet to the dealership. (3) Online Vehicle Purchase: You need to provide us with your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and identification number in order to complete your online vehicle purchase based on your configuration selection. This data is required for processing your deposit or full payment, submitting the purchase request, and enabling the manufacturer or dealership to follow up with payment settlement and vehicle delivery. We will also collect your order number, payment transaction number, and digital signature generated during the transaction process in order to complete the purchase and track subsequent steps. Failure to provide the above data, or refusal to allow the collection of transaction-related identifiers, will prevent completion of your online vehicle purchase. (4) Mall Services (Virtual/Physical Products): You need to provide us with your name, mobile phone number, email address, and shipping address in order to purchase virtual or physical goods through the online mall. This data is used to process your order and arrange product delivery. We will also collect your order number, payment transaction number, and logistics tracking number, which are generated by the system or our service providers, in order to fulfill and track your order. Failure to provide the above data, or refusal to allow the collection of system-generated order or logistics data, will prevent completion of product ordering and delivery. (5) Financing Solutions for Vehicle Purchase: If you choose to apply for a financing solution for vehicle purchase through the financing section of the Platform, you will be redirected to a third-party provider and may be required to provide information directly to such third party in order to process your application. We will not collect the information you submit on the third-party page. We will only receive from the third party a confirmation token or proof of completion for record-keeping and service arrangement purposes. 2.6 User Services
(1) Private Charging Pile Installation: When applying online for a private charging pile installation, you need to provide your name, mobile phone number, installation address, and vehicle VIN to confirm your address and provide the installation service. This data is used to confirm your eligibility and enable service delivery. Refusal to provide this data will prevent us from offering this service through the Platform. (2) Service Appointment: If you make a service appointment (such as maintenance or repair) through the Platform, you will need to provide your name, mobile phone number, vehicle VIN, and work order number. This information enables us to arrange and confirm your appointment and provide the requested services. (3) Roadside Assistance: If you request roadside assistance through the Platform, your request will be handled by a third-party service provider. We do not collect or store the full information you submit to the third party. We only receive from the third party confirmation tokens or proof of completion in order to record and track your request and provide related services. (4) Invoice Issuance: If you request an invoice through the Platform for vehicle or accessory purchases, you will need to provide your name, mobile phone number, vehicle VIN, company name, and tax identification number. This information allows us to issue and deliver the invoice accurately and in a timely manner. (5) Coupon Distribution: In order to distribute coupons to you, we will collect your name, mobile phone number, and email address. This information allows us to deliver the coupons to you and ensure you can redeem them successfully. (6) Insurance Purchase: If you purchase insurance online through the Platform, your application will be processed by a third-party insurance provider. We do not collect or store all the information you submit to the third party. (7) Marketing Communications: If you choose to subscribe to marketing communications on the official website, you need to provide your email address and mobile phone number so that we can send you marketing messages from GAC via email or SMS. - International Transfers
